Peabody Girls Can't Catch Big Blue [PHOTOS]

Conference opponent Swampscott pulled off a narrow victory on the Peabody girls at home on Friday night, 44-39.

The Lady Tanners fell to 4-5 after they couldn't pull past a determined Swampscott squad Friday night in Peabody, despite several chances to do so.

The Big Blue was up on the Peabody girls most of the game with a narrow margin and ended the fourth quarter, 44-39.

A high point for the night, despite the loss, was Carolyn Scacchi's 11 points and 12 rebounds. Katie Brunelle led the Lady Tanners in scoring with 18.
