Students won't return to school in Peabody until Monday now in light of the nor'easter bearing down on New England.
The Peabody Public Schools announced Wednesday afternoon that schools will be closed both Thursday and Friday, in line with many other districts in the Boston area.
Snowfall is expected to begin late Wednesday night and pick up throughout the day with several inches falling that night into Friday.
