Police: Suspended Student Arrested After Throwing Items at School Administrator
Wednesday, June 11
At 2:42 p.m., police responded to Paleologos Street after a pedestrian was struck by a car. The pedestrian, who is an 87-year-old Peabody woman, was taken to Salem Hospital.
At 7:24 p.m., police responded to a two-car accident at Lynnfield Street and Cashman Road. There were no reported injuries. One vehicle was towed.

Thursday, June 12
At 9:07 a.m., a Donna Street resident reported that a contractor took several items from her residence. Police took a report.
At 9:16 a.m., a woman reported that her iPhone was stolen at the Northshore Mall on Saturday.

At 10:10 a.m., police arrested Anthony Smith, 19, 4 Dimitrios Circle, Peabody, and charged him with trespassing, assault with a dangerous weapon, disturbing a school and malicious destruction of property less than $250. Police made the arrest after a report of a suspended student throwing items at a Peabody Community High School administrator, making threats and kicking a desk before leaving.
At 11:11 a.m., police received a call from Main Street after two mail packages were stolen. The person said items inside the two packages were valued at about $48.
