Police Log: Police Make Two Arrests

Monday, June 30 

At 3:24 p.m., police arrested a 17-year-old and charged the teen on a warrant.

At 4:50 p.m., police summonsed a 63-year-old Beverly man to court and charged him with violating an abuse prevention order.

At 5:15 p.m., police received a call from Shamrock Street about children putting items in the street so that they exploded when cars drove over them. Police found they were water bottles.

At 9:18 p.m., police arrested Haralambos G. Nash, 25, 180 Lowell St., Peabody, and charged the person with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and being a motor vehicle operator refusing to identify self. Police made the arrest during a traffic stop on Russell Street.

Tuesday, July 1

At 10:51 a.m., police received a call after someone saw a hypodermic needle on Catherine Drive. Police disposed of the needle.
