Police Log: Peabody Woman Charged With Aggravated A&B

Tuesday, March 4
At 7:27 p.m., police responded to Mill Street concerning the theft of a gold bar. The resident said the apartment door was open and no one was home when the gold bar was reportedly taken.
Wednesday, March 5
At 1:16 a.m., police notified the Department of Public Services of several potholes on King Street Extension and Crowninshield Street.

At 8:09 a.m., police responded to Lynnfield Street after a motorist struck a pole. There were no injuries and the car was towed.
At 9:02 a.m., police arrested Gloria E. Fonseca, 31, 286 Newbury St., Apt. 150, Peabody, and charged her with aggravated assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and assault and battery.

At 9:11 a.m., police responded to Foster Street after a car accident involving a bus. There were no injuries. One vehicle was towed.
