At 3:09 p.m., police arrested Silvano Rivera Jr., 37, 52 Joy St., Apt. E, Lynn, and charged him with shoplifting more than $100 by concealing merchandise, receiving stolen property more than $250 and receiving stolen property less than $250. Police made the arrest after the report of a shoplifter at Sears.
At 3:23 p.m., police responded to Central Street after a person reported that a neighbor is placing nude adult ads on her car. Police took a report.
At 5:48 p.m., a Mt. Vernon Street resident reported a shed was broken into. A fish finder, two power rails and two fishing poles were taken.

At 5:56 p.m., a Foster Street resident reported that a UPS package containing cosmetics was stolen from outside of her apartment.
At 6:17 p.m., police gave a driver a verbal warning after the person passed a school bus on the opposite side of the road on Lowell Street.

At 7:12 p.m., police arrested John Henry, 37, homeless, and charged him on warrants for criminal harassment and threatening to commit a crime. Police made the arrest on Wallis Street.

At 9 a.m., police responded to Central Street after a 911 caller hung up and then hung up again on multiple callbacks from police. Police found the situation involved an argument about a child not ready for school.
At 10:25 a.m., an officer saw that someone on a four-wheeler had damaged a field at Corbiel Park.
At 10:53 a.m., police summonsed a 91-year-old Peabody woman to court and charged her with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Police summonsed the woman after a minor car accident at Andover and Sylvan streets. There were no injuries.
At 1:48 p.m., police arrested Heriberto Pabellon Torres, 47, 49 Fulton St., Apt. 2, Peabody, and charged him with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Police made the arrest after a traffic stop at Prospect and Andover streets.
