Peabody Man Among Trio Charged with Prostitution in NH

Police conducted a sting operation by placing an ad for escort services on the website Backpage.com and three men responded to the ad, agreeing to pay money for sexual contact.

A Peabody man and two Derry, N.H. men are facing prostitution charges, following a sting operation conducted by the Manchester, N.H. Police Department.

Keith Gerbrands, 39, of Peabody, Mark Cooper, 40, and Jaime Aranzabal, 37, both of Derry, N.H. were all charged with prostitution on Thursday.

Manchester police said they posted an advertisement in the "escort" section of Backpage.com and received several calls from men inquiring about the escort services offered.

During a phone conversation with an undercover officer, police said, the men agreed to pay money in exchange for sexual contact.

Each of the men scheduled an appointment to meet with the undercover officer at a local hotel, and when they arrived, were confronted by police and arrested.
