MISSING LENA'S

Does anyone know where the folks from Lena's Sub Shop in Danversport moved to? Sure there are other Lena's around but they are not the same. One place actually measures the scoops of tuna before they put it in the roll. Another place is mixing in the dark meat and using an ice cream scoop, then they flatten the sandwich. The ones in Danvers, ALWAYS used white meat and when filling the roll, just took the paddle and loaded up the tuna. They NEVER pressed the roll together nor did they shut the roll closed. They did their tuna the RIGHT WAY. Where did you guys go?
