Rabies Vaccine Clinic For Dogs and Cats

NEWS IN BRIEF –
PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT

The Veterinary Association of the North Shore, a non-profit
organization, is holding a rabies vaccination clinic in Peabody, Wednesday May
1st 4-6 PM, at the Central fire Station on Lowell St (across from
city hall). This vaccination clinic is open to the general public. The cost is
$10.00 per pet, dogs and cats only, with proceeds going towards veterinary
student scholarships. Please have dogs on leashes and cats in carriers. Bring
proof of all previous valid rabies certificates to receive a three year rabies
vaccine: otherwise a one year rabies vaccination will be given. All dogs and
cats are required by law to have a current rabies vaccination, so vaccinate
before it’s too late.
