If you think two hours at the gym is good for your
heart, volunteer to play with children living in family homeless shelters and make a real difference. 

A commitment of two hours a week for a minimum of
six months is required.  Volunteer opportunities available in Lowell/Lawrence & Lynn/Peabody areas.
