Martino, who owns  on Route 1, has an agreement with  to . While asking the Peabody Licensing Board to approve that transfer, he’s simultaneously asking for the lesser package store license. Both points have raised some eyebrows on the board.

And now, Aviv is set to unveil a  for senior care off Lynnfield Street next month. Aviv spokesperson Liz Polay-Wettengel says the 120,000-square-foot Waldfogel Health Center will be officially opening Sept. 9. That same day, all patients at Aviv's two Swampscott facilities will also be relocated over to Peabody.

Peabody Patch recently chatted with Amanda Bavaro, who recently opened up Mind and Body Integration Therapies. The new health and wellness spa is located at 1 Roosevelt Ave.

She said: “Mind and Body Integration Therapies was opened in April 2012. My goal was to maximize one’s own potential mentally, physically and spiritually by using different bodywork modalities. These modalities include deep tissue massage, Swedish massage, crystal healing, crystal massage, Reiki, meditation, magnified healing and more.”
