Rachelle Bassett is hoping that Peabody Veterans Memorial High School wins a second straight Cake War.
Bassett took part in the second annual competition at Cakes for Occasions in Danvers Square on Sunday. Her cake showed school spirit and was clearly a PVMHS cake (complete with horns!).
Voting is ongoing and will be open until Monday, April 14. To vote, go to Cakes for Occasions' Facebook page. There is one point for liking the Facebook status that shows Bassett and her cake and another point for sharing it. You can find the Facebook status profiling Bassett and her cake here.
The winning senior will win desserts for their senior all-night party or prom.
