A Fortnight of Food

On the heels of the International Festival itself, the 4th Annual Restaurant Week in Peabody kicks off Sept. 18 and lasts for two weeks.

If you don't get your fill of ethnic food at the main event on Sept. 18, that Sunday also marks the beginning of the 4th Annual Peabody Restaurant Week, although it's technically a fortnight of food.

Restaurant Week, which is part of the International Festival, goes from Sept. 18-22 and then again from Sept. 25-29 at 14 different participating Peabody eateries, which should cover a wide range of palates. Diners can enjoy a special two-course meal for $15 or a three-course feast for $20.

The local establishments are: , Burtons Grill, , Nordstrom Cafe Bistro, , , at the Peabody Marriott, , , he , the , Toscana's Ristorante & Cafe, and .

And as if that wasn't enough, a new treat has been added this year to the fortnight of food: enjoy a movie sure to resonate with many a die hard Boston sports fan on the  on Sept. 25. "Fever Pitch," starring Jimmy Fallon and Drew Barrymore, will be shown at 8 p.m.
