The search is finally over for Roland Dow and Jessica Linscott -- they were arrested Wednesday in Florida.

Today is Thursday, Nov. 29. Here are five things to know today in Peabody.

  1. Caught: The fugitive New Hampshire couple wanted for child abuse and whom police across the North Shore have been receiving tips about for days -- which set off a manhunt in Beverly -- has finally been caught. Roland Dow and Jessica Linscott were arrested yesterday down at Universal Studios in Florida.
  2. Deck the House: Our annual contest is open for entries through Dec. 16. Your holiday house decorations could win Peabody schools $100,000. Here's how to enter here.
  3. Holiday Concerts: The annual holiday concerts featuring the Hillyer Festival Orchestra return to City Hall Saturday and Sunday.
  4. The Peabody Polar Express arrives at Lt. Ross Park on Sunday. The free neighborhood event starts at 11 a.m. There will be hay rides, Christmas caroling and more.
