Ward 2 July 4th THANK YOU

The Peabody Ward 2 Fourth of July Celebration was a huge success at the Welch School.  A Patriot Parade formed at the end of Blaney Avenue and marched to the Welch School where trophies were awarded.  Arts and crafts, games, and races for ages 3 and up then took place.  Snacks, lunch and raffles followed.  A great THANKS go to all those who attended and to the volunteers who helped run the event.

A special thank you goes to the following sponsors for their generous contributions:  Gordon Realty, the Wardhurst Restaurant, D’orsi’s Bakery, the Land and Sea Restaurant, Conway Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home, Tom Gould of Treadwell’s Ice Cream, and Neatco Sports.
