Just because you know someone doesn't mean they can't be a monster. State police involved, arresting one of their own? I'm sure there was plenty of evidence for them to make an arrest. If he's guilty he is the scum of the earth right up with one Jerry Sandusky. These crimes are bad enough when officers of the law commit these crimes it hurts that much more.

"I'm sure there was plenty of evidence for them to make an arrest."
Sorry, evidence is gathered LATER.... otherwise, cases would be finished much sooner... this case will take up to 24 months before all evidence has been gathered, disclosed by each party, and goes through all hearings...
Do some research and you'll find that vindictive people make this stuff up all the time... unfortunately, it ruins lives permanently in the process.

Remember.
Innocent before proven guilty.

I hate to hear stories like this especially when it is in your own city. I hope it is not true, but if it is, he will have to pay for his actions. Sad situation all around.

Another news source reported the charges stem from his step-daughter.
Family disputes.
Time will tell.

Matty and Joe, your comments accusing police officers of criminal wrongdoing are libelous and thus violate our terms of use. Your comments have been removed for those reasons. If you'd like to comment on the story itself that's fine.

Steve Green , Do you have a high school diploma or better than one? Cops do have to pass several tests to become eligible to be a police officer. Before you take the test I'd suggest you think about whether you can qualify to do the job. You have to think about the things you'll see before taking the test as I did . Can you endure having to see human body parts ? Can you allow yourself to see and stay with dead persons for any length of time? I did . Can you go to accidents of all types and expect to see things that are mentally and or physically a challenge to you and your own welfare at the time and in the future? I can't agree with you when you say "they want the job to feel like their in a great position". There have been officers who quit the "position" you talk about after taking the "position" only to find out it wasn't for them after all. I can assume your just a big mouth that hates cops and you cant cut it to become one any way. When you or a family member need any kind of help call on another cop hater to get it if in fact your able to get them to give you the untimely needed service you are hoping for. Remember what I said earlier about the hand and fingers then ask yourself if you can be one of them in doing police work. I know you aren't a --good finger-- regardless of your finger size and shape.
