Opening Reception - For Sentimental Reasons: Reflections on Treasured People, Places and Things

For
Sentimental Reasons explores the compelling personal
stories associated with everyday people, places, and things. This exhibit
features a selection of objects from the Peabody Historical Society collection connected with stories of
love, loss, and nostalgia, including mourning bags, hair work, love letters, needlework
and clothing. The Peabody Art Association judged exhibit features artworks
inspired by subjects that are sentimental to each participating artist. Meet
the artists and enjoy light refreshments at the opening reception on June 22nd.
