In light of the federal holiday -- Martin Luther King, Jr. Day -- all three public library branches are closed today, along with City Hall and other city offices, post offices and banks. The Torigian Community Life Center will also be closed today. Mail delivery and trash and recycling pickup are also delayed by one day.
