Live Music This Weekend: Britannica Duo, Guy Ford Band

This weekend is packed with live music on the North Shore and a whole bunch of bands playing a wide variety of music genres, from classic rock to blues and soul, can be seen for free at rock clubs and restaurants throughout the region.  The Guy Ford Band is playing the Red Rock Bistro on Friday night. This local group consists of a "five piece eclectic acoustic folk rock band featuring Guy Ford's unique guitar work and the incredible cello playing of Daniel Rowe with strong 3-4 part harmonies. Buscaglia, who got his start playing on the streets of Harvard Square, plays his flavor of various Latino music sub-genres, with traditional Latin-American beats accompanied by his powerful and emotional Spanish vocal parts.
