The Hunt Nursing and Rehabilitation Center's administrator, Peter Roberts, has issued a statement regarding Wednesday's fatal accident at the Lindall Street facility in Danvers. Danvers police and firefighters responded to Hunt Nursing and Rehabilitation Center on Lindall Street in Danvers just before 4 p.m. this afternoon, where a man reportedly fell from a second story window. According to the Essex County District Attorney's office, a 45-year-old patient, James Hussein of Peabody, was discovered outside the building by a visitor of the nursing home. Initial police scanner reports indicated Lyons Ambulance Service requested a medflight, but the call was later cancelled.
