Bettencourt Celebrates 5-Year Anniversary of 62 Restaurant
Salem's 62 Restaurant & Wine Bar will host a series of celebratory dinners in recognition of their five years in business.
Peabody's Antonio Bettencourt is celebrating the five-year anniversary of his popular Salem restaurant 62 Restaurant & Wine Bar with some new culinary creations on the menu this spring. The anniversary celebration consists of three dinners, each featuring a five-course menu for $62. According to a press release, each dinner commemorates a major turning point at the restaurant. Bettencourt, who is the executive chef at 62, opened the restaurant with his wife Valerie in 2008. The three dinners are titled "Inspiration," "The Opening" and "Fan Favorites."
