The Lahey Clinic is Peabody's largest health-care facility and  provides multifaceted medicine to its patients. The clinic, located next to the North Shore Shopping Center, is staffed with up to 450 physicians and more than 4,000 nurses, therapists and other support staff. The Peabody clinic also serves more than 800 outpatients daily and includes a 10-bed hospital. There's a 24-hour emergency department, an on-site pharmacy, labs, and respiratory, anesthesiology, and radiology departments. The recent 65,000-square-foot addition brought with it additional spine, pain and sleep disorder centers.
