Is lyoness good for your business? What is it exactly?

There has been a lot written about Lyoness regarding the validity of the model and the nagging question of whether or not Lyoness is in fact a pyramid scheme. My intent here is not to beat a dead horse about the Lyoness model but to explore the value proposition as it relates to a typical small business, loyalty programs and how Lyoness has effectively intertwined the promise of big money through cash back incentives to fuel rapid growth.
