Peabody West Advances to Section 4 Title Game

Despite a setback on Friday night, the Peabody West Williamsport team won through its round-robin tournament to a spot in Saturday's Section 4 championship.

The Salem News has all the details on Friday's clash between the Tanner City squad and North Andover East. It came down to a final inning rally by North Andover, which won 3-2.

But because of tiebreaker rules, it's Beverly, not North Andover East, that moves on to face Peabody West in Saturday's title game.
