Peabody Girls' Basketball Knocked Off By Methuen

The Tanners had the advantages going into the game, but fell to longtime playoff foe Methuen in the first round.

Unfortunately, the Peabody girls came up short Tuesday night at home against Methuen and were knocked from the playoffs once again.

The final score was 59-39, Methuen, as the No. 4 ranked Tanners couldn't keep up the 13th seed Rangers. Peabody's Carolyn Scacchi was the team's high-scorer for the night with 11 points.
