Peabody Public Schools aren't waiting until the snow starts falling overnight.
School officials have already announced schools will be closed on Wednesday. All school activities are cancelled.
Peabody is expected to get as much as a foot of snow on Wednesday. The storm should start overnight and reach its peak during the morning and early afternoon. Snow should end Wednesday night.
