Peabody High Fails to Make US News & World Report’s Rankings
The publication's rankings included the top 63 high schools in Massachusetts.
US News & World Report released its annual list of the nation’s top high schools Tuesday and Peabody’s Veterans Memorial High School failed to make the cut.
The publication’s rankings included the top 63 high schools in Massachusetts, about the top 2,000 nationally.

“At Peabody Veterans Memorial High School, students have the opportunity to take Advanced Placement® course work and exams. The AP® participation rate at Peabody Veterans Memorial High School is 40 percent. The student body makeup is 50 percent male and 50 percent female, and the total minority enrollment is 19 percent. Peabody Veterans Memorial High School is the only high school in the Peabody.’
