City Would Do Traffic Study Before Installing Light at Fatal Intersection

The city heard from residents — and family of a pedestrian who died — as it mulls doing a traffic study before installing a light at St. Adelaide's on Lowell Street.

Back in January, Theodore Buttner died from injuries suffered when he was struck by a car in the crossing.
