Calling the police for inappropriate language written on saran wrap? Arresting someone for not attending jury duty? What the hell is this world coming to?

Why would the police even show up for the saran wrap call? What is wrong with these people calling the police because they see a bad word?

What happened on Harris Street in Peabody, Wednesday, March 26, 2014. There were police SWAT officers, undercover police? Any information would be appreciated.
