Police Log: Peabody Man Summonsed to Court After Third Drunk Driving Arrest
Sunday, July 6
At 4 p.m., police summonsed a 28-year-old Andover man to court and charged him with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Police summonsed the man after a two-car accident on Andover Street. There were no injuries.
At 5:45 p.m., police responded to Central Street after a motor vehicle accident involving a motorcycle. There were no injuries.
At 9:58 p.m., a Peabody resident reported credit card fraud. Police took a report.

At 10:06 p.m., police received a call about fireworks at Raddin Park. Police dispersed a group of more than 20 youths.
At 10:52 p.m., police summonsed a 22-year-old Peabody woman to court and charged her with making obscene telephone calls. Police summonsed the woman after a report of a person making annoying phone calls/text messages.

At 11:10 p.m., police summonsed a 36-year-old Peabody man and charged him with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of liquor (third offense) and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration. Police summonsed the man after a report of a car hitting a pole on Sutton Street. He was taken to Salem Hospital.

At 10:04 a.m., police summonsed a 19-year-old Peabody resident to court and charged him with possessing a Class A drug. Police summonsed the teen after a report of a possible drug overdose call. The teen was taken to Salem Hospital.
