Police Log: Officers Make Two Arrests
Sunday, May 25
At 2:03 p.m., an Endicott Street resident reported that a GPS was stolen from a vehicle overnight.
At 5:39 p.m., police arrested Saengphachan Souvannarath, 34, 722 Boston St., Apt. 2, Lynn, and charged the person with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license (subsequent offense) and a miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violation. Police also summonsed a 32-year-old Lynn woman and charged her with allowing an unlicensed person to operate a motor vehicle. Police made the arrest during a traffic stop on Lake Street.
At 8:06 p.m., police summonsed a 61-year-old Peabody woman to court and charged her with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Police summonsed the woman during a traffic stop on Washington Street.

At 9:05 p.m., police arrested Michael Rompa, 38, 8 Elliott Place, Apt. 1, Peabody, and charged him with domestic assault and battery and assault with a dangerous weapon.
At 11:05 p.m., a Ledgewood Way resident reported someone smashed her car’s sunroof. Police took a report.

At 12:23 a.m., police responded to Goodale Street after a driver struck either a pole or a tree. Police plan to summons a 24-year-old Peabody man to court for leaving the scene of an accident.
At 3:54 a.m., police received a call after a person saw a window pop out of a house on Hancock Street. Police found that cats actually knocked out a window screen.
At 9:58 a.m., a Lowe Street resident reported that a blue and silver Mongoose bike was stolen overnight. Police took a report.
