Police Log: Lynn Man Charged With Drunk Driving
Tuesday, May 6
At 3:09 p.m., police responded to Emerson Park after a 15-year-old girl got stuck in a child's swing. She was extricated and was OK.
At 5:08 p.m., police summonsed a 42-year-old Peabody man to court and charged him with violating an abuse prevention order and malicious destruction of property more than $250. Police summonsed the man after the report of a restraining order violation.

Wednesday, May 7
At 12:08 a.m., police arrested Rory J. O’Brien, 28, 390 Walnut St., Lynn, and charged him with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of liquor and a one-way street violation. Police made the arrest during a traffic stop on Washington Street.
At 6:52 a.m., police received a call from Lowell Street about a car break-in. The person was unsure whether anything was taken.

At 8:51 a.m., a police cruiser was involved in an accident on Lowell Street. There were no injuries.
At 9:46 a.m., an officer spotted graffiti next to Sports Medicine North. Police documented the graffiti, which was similar to graffiti found in three locations.
At 12:19 p.m., a Peabody resident reported credit card fraud.
