At 4:27 p.m., police received a call from Walnut Street after an intoxicated person urinated behind a building. The person left before police arrived.

At 6:06 p.m., police removed children from the roof of the Higgins Middle School, brought them to the station and called their mothers.

Friday, May 9

At 2:25 a.m., police responded to a one-car accident on Washington Street. A driver crashed into a tree. There were no injuries, but the car was towed.

At 7:24 a.m., police documented graffiti found on Bourbon Street.

At 8:53 a.m. police received a report that someone drove over the grass at Corbiel Park.

At 10:47 a.m., a person at a Lynnfield Street business reported a stolen motor vehicle.

At 12:04 pm., an employee at the AT&T store reported two men stole seven iPhone charging cases valued at $680.

At 12:22 p.m., police arrested David Tsaltas, 55, 92 Central St., Apt. 2, Peabody, and charged him on two arrest warrants.

At 12:57 p.m., a Sears employee reported a shoplifter. The store said it would handle the matter.
