At 4:27 p.m., police received a call from Walnut Street after an intoxicated person urinated behind a building. The person left before police arrived.

At 12:22 p.m., police arrested David Tsaltas, 55, 92 Central St., Apt. 2, Peabody, and charged him on two arrest warrants.
At 12:57 p.m., a Sears employee reported a shoplifter. The store said it would handle the matter.
