Hearing to Determine if Man Charged With Armed Robbery Poses Public Danger
A 23-year-old Peabody man is charged with robbing Holden Oil at gunpoint last week.
John Doucette, 23, of Peabody, is facing a charge of armed and masked robbery for allegedly robbing Holden Oil at gunpoint last week.
Doucette was arrested Wednesday after turning himself in to police and was arraigned on the aforementioned charge in Peabody District Court on Thursday.
He was ordered held at Middleton Jail pending the outcome of a dangerousness hearing April 16. That hearing is scheduled for 9 a.m. at the court.
