Assault Arrest and Missing Daughter

The following are excerpts from reports in the Peabody Police Department.

Sunday, May 5

At 3:55 p.m., James Hooper, 32, of 14 Foster St. Apt. 204, was charged with larceny, assault and battery and intimidation of a witnessed.

At 8:04 p.m., a caller reported that her daughter is possibly missing and hasn't shown up from Maine. Verizon pinged her phone number, and the daughter was located in Methuen.

Monday, May 6

At 8:20 a.m., police responded to a neighborhood dispute on Foster Street. The caller reported that the man in question was driving by his business, violating a harassment order. Police will summons the man in question for violating a harassment order.

At 7:42 a.m., a caller on Walnut Street reported an unwanted female party there. The person gathered her belongings and left.
