Kismet Kafe Celebrates 1 Year Anniversary

This cute little cafe located on Central Street in Peabody is a family owned and operated business serving breakfast and lunch cafe Tuesday through Sunday.  Aldonna and Mario Linares, along with their son Cory, serve up breakfast fare, sandwiches and more, with everything home-made and made in house.

Gigantic popovers are a specialty at Kismet Kafe.  What you might not know is that Aldonna's father was a chef at the Town Lyne House restaurant and it is his recipe for popovers that is being served up today at Kismet Kafe.

Since everything is made from the scratch, the menu choices change regularly.  This past Sunday, the Eggs Lola was on the menu which featured 2 eggs served inside a pop-over with roasted red peppers.   Coffee aficionados will be pleased to know that Kismet Kafe serves up Atomic Cafe Coffee, with the Rocketeer blend a fan favorite.

The cafe, located at 47 Central Street just outside Peabody square, just celebrated their first year of being in business, seats 30 people and offers free wi-fi.
