Peabody Funeral Announcements: Leland J. 'Lee' Cole, Jr.

Eva L. (Shepherd) Turner, of Danvers and formerly Peabody, died Dec. 4. She was 93. Turner was an elementary school teacher in Peabody for 38 years and worked at the Peabody Institute Library of Danvers for 18 years. A graveside service will be held Thursday, Dec. 12 at 11 a.m. at Puritan Lawn Memorial Park. Funeral arrangements were made with the Peterson-O'Donnell Funeral Home.

• Leland J. "Lee" Cole, Jr., of Lynn and formerly of Peabody. Born May 30, 1985, died Dec. 8, 2013. Visiting Hours: Friday, Dec. 13, 5-8 p.m. A family service will then be held during visiting hours at 7 p.m.
• Emedia "Mitzi" L. (DiPietropaolo) Rogers, of Delaware and Peabody. Born Feb. 8, 1925, died Nov. 25, 2013. She served in the U.S. Air Force. Following cremation, a funeral Mass will be held Saturday, Dec. 14 at 9:30 a.m. in the Brooksby Village Chapel. A short reception will then be held in the McIntosh Room. Urn burial with military honors will be in Delaware at a future date.
