Peabody Democratic City Committee Announces Workshop & Meeting

All registered Peabody Democrats are invited to attend the PDCC Caucus Workshop on Saturday, January 11, 2014 at 11 am at the Knights of Columbus Hall, 96 Main St., Peabody in advance of the election in February of Peabody delegates to the Democratic State Convention. The workshop will be conducted by Democratic State Committee Field Staff member Arthur Powell. A light lunch will be provided at noon, followed by a regular citywide PDCC meeting at 12:30 pm. Matters to be discussed will include a proposal for a Democrat of the Year event, new PDCC By-Laws, formation of a Membership & Outreach Committee and final plans for the Peabody Democratic caucuses which will be held on February 8th at 1pm at the Torigian Community Life Center. An election of Officers will also be held at the January 11th meeting. All Peabody Democrats are welcome to attend the workshop, luncheon & meeting.
