Peabody Community Health Needs Assessment Community Forum with John Snow, Inc.

Lahey Medical Center, Peabody will host a presentation and discussion of key findings of the Community Health Needs Assessment mandated by the state Attorney General. The community forum, held with public health research and consulting firm John Snow, Inc., is an opportunity to discuss the data and key findings of the needs assessment process. This community forum is designed to facilitate community responses around the needs assessment and to lay the foundation for ongoing Lahey Medical Center, Peabody community initiatives in Peabody.
