Brooksby Village will host an open house and an arts and crafts fair on Saturday, Nov. 2. Visitors will have the opportunity to tour apartments and there will also be 30 crafters with handmade jewelry, paintings, holiday items, soaps, scarves, water colors, glass work, knitted items and more. Fifteen percent of the proceeds from the vendors will be donated to The Brooksby Village Scholarship Fund for student employees who plan to attend a college or accredited trade school.
The open house runs from 9:30 a.m. to noon and the fair goes until 2:30 p.m. There is a $1 admission fee for the arts and crafts fair.
