Saturday at the North Shore Mall (next to East Boston Savings Bank) Recycle your old computers and TVs as well as most metal waste such as washers, dryers and refrigerators. Donations will go to the Fisher House Foundation which benefits veterans families who are in need of housing at military bases while their loved ones are recovering in a military hospital. Donations will also benefit the NEMLEC Foundation which provides public safety training and support for communities in northeastern Massachusetts.
The recyclables can be dropped off for a small donation:
1. Computers, phones, DVD players, etc. $5 donation.
2. Steel (grills, fencing, etc) $5 donation.
3. Refrigerators, stoves, washers and dryers, $5 donation.
4. TVs CRTs up to 24" are a $15 donation. Over 24" are a $20 donation.
