Peabody Police Declare Parking Ban

A parking ban is in place as the city gets another dose of Old Man Winter.

Sunday morning Peabody Police declared a snow emergency parking ban. That means no on-street parking until police give the all-clear.

"All vehicles must be removed from public roadways or they will be subject to ticketing and towing," Peabody Police wrote in an email about the ban.

The most recent National Weather Service forecast calls for the city to get 3-5 inches from Sunday's storm.
