Phil Richard Insurance is pleased to announce the addition of a new member to our team. Nicholas Zolotas of Peabody began his work in our office as a sales representative this September and is quickly becoming a part of the Phil Richard Insurance family. Nicholas grew up in Peabody and graduated from St. John’s Preparatory School in Danvers in 2007. He then attended Salem State University, graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations. Nick is an avid golfer and played both golf and basketball for the Salem State University Vikings. Nicholas is the son of Michael Zolotas, owner of Zolotas Bros, Inc. and Gail Zolotas, owner of Zolotas Peabody. He brings youth and enthusiasm to our office and we are proud to have him represent our agency.
We would also like to recognize some recent designations earned by our staff members. Colleen Derrivan, office manager, and Joyce Keller, commercial lines account manager, recently attended the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) Institute, a prestigious designation program by The National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research. Jackie Melanson of our commercial lines department earned the CLCS, Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist, from the National Underwriter Company. Kathryn Coggeshall, marketing manager, earned the designation of Certified Insurance Service Representative, CISR, from The National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research. We are so proud of all of our staff for achieving these designations. Our team looks forward to using these educational experiences to help better serve our customers.
