Magical Journey Kids Meditation Classes

Does your child have difficulties with behavioral issues, attention issues, anxiety/stress, or shyness? Have you ever considered an alternative to or an addition to medication? Magical Journey Kids offers meditation classes to children in grades k-3. Your child will learn breathing exercises, followed by an adventurous guided meditation and make a craft that is related to the meditation.

We offer 6 week, hour long sessions during the school year, as well as summer programs. Classes are offered on Mondays or Wednesdays in Wakefield and Saturday mornings in Peabody.

Introductory class: Come enjoy a free introductory class and see what all the hype's about!

* Saturday, February 1, 2014, 9-10AM (Each child that signs up for a 6 week session will receive a free t-shirt)
