North Shore Taxi Expands Service to Beverly

Local taxi company adding another North Shore city to its service area.

North Shore Taxi Inc., which is headquartered over on Upton Street, is expanding its service to cover one more corner of the North Shore.

The company recently filed an application with the Beverly City
Council, which was approved on Monday, for a license to operate in the Garden City. North Shore Taxi says it has received numerous requests from Beverly residents to expand its service there.

Currently, North Shore Taxi Inc. covers Manchester-by-the-Sea, Salem, Danvers, Marblehead, Swampscott and Lynn, in addition to Peabody. The company expects to begin its Beverly service this week.

I hope they get different drivers. More that once, I have seen their drivers throw trash out of their window in the Market Basket parking lot.

THESE FOLKS NEED TRAINING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! We have been forgotten TWICE for pick-up to/from the airport, AND they took our credit card number for billing. As well, the person taking our reservation called me "honey", "sweety", "babe" which is totally unacceptable for a business. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU NEED DEPENDABILITY. Use Boston North Limo if you want professional, courteous service. And yes, they are twice the price, but you get what you pay for!!!
