Lynnfield

We've reported recently about the reopening of The Ship, the unmistakeable Route 1 landmark. This week we uncovered a relic of that restaurant's precursor, the Ship's Haven. While searching eBay, we came across a 1930s era menu from the old joint.

Hamilton

Marblehead

North Andover

All over the North Shore you'll see businesses pitching in to help the One Fund, the charity set up to help the worst-injured among the victims of the Marathon bombings. One of those places is Frederick's Pastries, which has a special Boston cream cupcake on sale for a month, with proceeds to the One Fund.
