Have Your Met Frank Yet?

The former Hilltop Steakhouse cow is at Little Shop of Treasures.

A recent addition to a Liberty Tree Mall store is a North Shore legend that served as a landmark for generations.

Frank, one of the old Hilltop Steak House cows, joined Little Shop of Treasures back in January. Since then, Frank has changed his outfits multiple times and become quite the mall attraction.

Angela Luongo, owner of Little Shop of Treasures, a memorabilia shop, said she named the fiberglass cow after the Hilltop’s longtime owner, Frank Giuffrida, reported the Lynn Item.

Luongo paid $3,200 for Frank after its previous owner purchased the cow during the much publicized Hilltop auction last year.

“People will come in more to check him out because they couldn’t see him up closely before,” Luongo told the Lynn Item. “People remember them as a symbol of Route 1, driving by and seeing the cactus and the cows.”
