Peabody Ward 2 Fourth of July Celebration will take place outside the Welch School, rain or shine. Bicycle/doll carriage Patriot Parade starts at the end of Blaney Ave. at 9:00 a.m. Other events will be held between 9:30-11:00. The Welch School is closed for repairs.
