'Boston's Finest' Comes to Peabody
The new docudrama on TNT filmed one scene from the first episode in Peabody at the Sylvan Street Grille.
If you've been watching the new cable docudrama "Boston's Finest" on TNT, you might have noticed a slice of Peabody in one scene from the show about the Boston Police Department.
In the first episode, Officer Jenn Penton tracks down her sister, who has a history with drug addiction, in Lynn and the two then sit down for breakfast at none other than the Sylvan Street Grille. Yes, the restaurant is actually in Peabody, although half the parking lot is in Danvers.
But back to the show, a full scene that lasts about 5 minutes is shot inside the restaurant. The show airs Wednesdays at 9 p.m.
