Overall I had a very positive experience with Bill's. I bought a car with higher miles so I wanted to take it to my mechanic to get it checked out. They were totally fine with this and encouraged it. My mechanic found several things wrong with the car that Bill hadn't had a chance to address. When I came back with my list, Bill was willing to fix everything on it, with the exception of two small things that he gave me a year-long warranty for. I felt confident the car was solid by the time they were done with it.

Bill's warranty is unheard of in the used car business. Included in my purchase was a six month drive train warranty with a $500 deductible, and the only conditions are you take the car to him for your oil changes for that period of time, and you bring the car in for a free 1500 mile check up.

I worked with Christian mostly, but Glen, Chris, and Bill were all part of the process and are really nice guys. Christian never made me feel pressured and went above and beyond to make sure I had enough time to really consider if I liked the car. They let me take it over night so I could drive it a bit with my fiance`. And when I couldn't find a ride to the shop to pick it up, Glen delivered it to my house. A few days later it seemed like the alignment was slightly off and without questions, Christian had it re-aligned the next business day at no cost to me.

The best thing about Bills for me was the really laid back atmosphere. This is my ninth car, and I DREAD buying from dealers and shops, but I never once felt pressured or rushed into a sale at Bills. I was able to take the time to make sure it was a car I wanted, and I was satisfied that every part of the car was in great shape.

The worst thing about Bills is you may not be able to negotiate the price down because Bill knows he has great prices. My car was priced $300 below book value so I still got a great deal paying what he was asking for it, especially considering the amount of money Bill put into the car to make it right for me. There are some other little things, like for example they aren't going to detail your car for you, and they aren't going to start you off with a full tank of gas, but to me those things are so minor compared to the big picture of the overall buying experience that I really can't hold it against them.

I would definitely buy from Bill's again, good people are hard to find in this industry
